Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING COSTS
1. Standard Delivery within New Zealand - $7 (target time is 1-2 working days via NZ Post minus public holidays or NZ Post unforeseen delivery delays).
2. Rural Delivery within New Zealand - $12 (target time is 2-3 working days via NZ Post minus public holidays or NZ Post unforeseen delivery delays).
3. Australia Delivery - $25 (target time is 3-5 working days via NZ Post minus NZ public holidays or NZ Post unforeseen delivery delays).
** Currently we do not ship outside of NZ and Australia.

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
Litsy is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or unforeseen delivery delays due to public holidays. Please expect a few days delay if this is the case and we will follow up on parcels for you.
In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Litsy is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
RETURNS POLICY
All sales on Litsy are final. Note that all items are 'used' or 'secondhand' and not brand new unless stated. No exchanges or returns.
